Sticker Application + Care

Please make sure to apply stickers to a clean, dry, smooth surface while pushing out air bubbles with a card to ensure maximum adhesion. For stickers with transfer tape, follow the same steps as earlier but carefully remove the transfer tape once the actual sticker is completely adhered to the surface. Stickers are best applied during warmer temperatures.

The backing of my sticker is torn/fuzzy

I understand that some of our stickers may arrive with a fuzzy outline, or have some tears in the backing paper, however the stickers are still perfectly fine to use! I make many of our stickers at home, and I run into some difficulties during production at times. But this does not mean your stickers are defective. I feel bad for throwing perfectly good stickers away because of issues I can't really predict or control. I will only count stickers as misprints if the design of the sticker is interfered with.

When will you restock?

Our restocking schedule will vary depending on the product's popularity.  I will post updates on new and restocked items on our Instagram @sanchi.decals. Be sure to follow that and turn on notifications!

Shipping Policy

Untracked shipping is our shop's default shipping option. Please note that by selecting untracked shipping you understand that a package may be lost in transit by the carrier. We will not be responsible or liable for this loss, as you have foregone the option to ship your package tracked and insured.  Any additional shipping fees, including, but not limited to duties and customs, are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping confirmation will be provided upon order processing. 
Tracked shipping is available for domestic and will be mandatory for international orders. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages by mail couriers once your order has been dropped off at the post office.

How long will my order take to get here?

In-stock sticker orders will be shipped out 2-5 business days after the order is processed. Stickers are shipped separately from apparel so they will arrive at different times. Please allow more time for apparel orders to arrive as they require more time for processing and fulfillment.

For preorders, production time may take 2-4 weeks to complete after preorders close. Once I have the stickers in my possession, I do my best to have them shipped out within 2-5 business days. Domestic delivery time estimates:

  • Stickers: 3-14 business days for USPS to deliver
  • Apparel: 2-3 weeks for fulfillment and delivery

If there are any delays with shipping I'll make a post or story about it and try my best to get them out as soon as possible.  Please follow us on Instagram @sanchi.decals or Facebook to stay up to date with your order!

Can I get a refund/return an item?

Our refund policy is as follows:

Please double check your shipping address and sizes before completing your payment.  We will not exchange apparel orders if the size you order does not fit you.  Only orders with mistakes made by Sanchi Decals or our manufacturer can be exchanged.  Orders with wrong shipping addresses cannot be corrected after the shipping label is created and you have received your tracking number.  We also cannot cancel any orders after the shipping label has been created. I am willing to reship the order back out to you with the corrected address if you pay for the new shipping label.

We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or damaged items by USPS.

All products on this site are drawn by me (Sanchi). No other vendor is authorized to resell or repost my art or products unless stated otherwise. If you are interested in collaborating, or commissioning me for your own brand, feel free to contact me!
